The Viksit Bharat Quiz, hosted on the MY Bharat portal, is a nationwide initiative under the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2027 to engage youth shaping India’s future. Conducted in 22 languages, the quiz tests knowledge on various aspect of the country and vision towards Viksit Bharat . It aims to spark curiosity, encourage informed participation, and ensure representation from every State and UT. Winners advance to the essay, presentation, etc rounds, gaining opportunities to share ideas, showcase leadership, and contribute meaningfully to the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

Quiz Instructions

• No entry fee is required to participate.
• The quiz consists of multiple-choice questions, and each question has 4 options with only one correct answer.
• The quiz is open to all registered users but only youth aged 15-29 will be considered for advancing in further stages.
• Winners will be chosen via a computer-based lottery system from the top scorers.
• The organizers are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete entries due to computer or network errors.
• Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
• The organizers' decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Organizer has all the rights to modify or discontinue the quiz at any moment in the event of unforeseen events. This includes the ability to change these terms and conditions, for the avoidance of doubt.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by all quiz terms and conditions.
• MYBharat employees and those connected to the quiz are not eligible to win.

India’s rich cultural heritage, traditional craftsmanship and unique agricultural products are deeply connected to the regions where they originate. From the Shaphee Lanphee and Wangkhei Phee of Manipur to the diverse handicrafts, handlooms, agricultural and food products from different parts of India, each GI-tagged product carries a unique story of its place, people and traditions. The Geographical Indication (GI) Tag recognises this unique identity and helps protect the reputation, authenticity and heritage of products associated with a particular geographical region.

In recent years, India has taken significant strides in taking its GI-tagged products to international markets, creating new opportunities for farmers, artisans, weavers, producers and local communities. During 2025–26, several GI-tagged products made notable journeys to global markets, including exports of GI-tagged produce to countries such as the United Kingdom, Oman, Canada, Maldives and the UAE. These initiatives highlight how India’s regional treasures are increasingly gaining recognition beyond our borders. Hosted by MyGov Manipur, the Know Your GI Tags: From Manipur to the World invites citizens to discover and celebrate India’s remarkable GI heritage. Through this quiz, explore the stories behind unique products from Manipur and across India—from exquisite handlooms and traditional handicrafts to distinctive agricultural and food products.

Terms and Conditions

1. Quiz is open for all Indian Citizens.

2. Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button.

3. Employees directly or indirectly connected with the organizers of the quiz are not eligible to participate. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members.

4. Participants’ MyGov Profile must be updated and accurate to qualify for the Winner List.

5. The quiz is hosted by MyGov and is available at www.quiz.mygov.in. The quiz is available in English.

6. This is a time-bound quiz. Participants will have 300 seconds to answer 10 questions.

7. Each participant can attempt the quiz only once. Multiple entries from the same participant, if found, will result in disqualification from the quiz.

8. The winning criterion is to answer all questions correctly within 300 seconds.

9. Winner selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the stated winning criteria, including answering all questions correctly and submitting within the stipulated time, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process.

10. To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, only one member per family shall be considered for winner shortlisting.

11. Discovery, detection, or noticing of the use of any unfair or spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation, etc., during participation in the quiz will result in the entry being declared null and void and rejected. The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in this regard.

12. The winner selection will be announced on blog.mygov.in, and further details regarding the event will be shared with the winners through official communication. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition, as deemed appropriate.

13. The organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not transmitted due to computer errors or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers.

14. Please note that proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of the same.

Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) Division under the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with MyGov, hosting a monthly national-level quiz to increase public awareness and engagement with India’s traditional knowledge heritage. Each quiz will focus on one theme from the IKS knowledge domains, ensuring systematic coverage of diverse subjects throughout the year.

Terms and Conditions

• 1. The quiz is open for all Indian Citizens.

• 3. Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn.
• 4. Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to MyGov and the Ministry of Education and IKS Division to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz competition which may include confirmation of participant details.
• 5. The quiz will last for 5 minutes (300 seconds), during which you need to answer up to 10 questions.
• 6. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted.
• 7. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard.
• 8. Employees, directly or indirectly connected with organizing the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members.
• 9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Ministry of Education and MyGov reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered.
• 10. Participants need to have a regular check on the content for all the updates.
• 11. The Ministry of Education and MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility.
• 12. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates.
• 13. The decision of the IKS Division, Ministry of Education and MyGov on the Quiz shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
• 14. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.
• 15. By participating in the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above-mentioned terms and conditions
• 16. Organiser’s reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Quiz and/ or the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the platform.
• 17. The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the mentioned quiz winning criteria, including all correct answers and submission within the stipulated time-frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process.
• 18. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system.

In tribute to the countless lives lost and the millions displaced during the Partition of India, the Government of India observes 14 August every year as Partition Horrors Remembrance Day (Vibhajan Vibhishika Smriti Diwas). The observance serves as a solemn reminder of the pain, suffering, and resilience associated with one of the most defining chapters in India’s history. In this spirit, the Ministry of Culture in collaboration with MyGov is organising a National Quiz Competition from 1 August to 15 September 2026 to encourage citizens, particularly the youth, to deepen their understanding of the Partition, honour its survivors, and reflect on the enduring values of national unity, social harmony, and collective remembrance.

• 3. One mobile number & one email ID cannot be used by more than one participant for one quiz at a time.
• 4.
