Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Director in the Directorate of Corporate Engagement & Career Development Centre (CECD).
Role Overview:
Be the bridge between the classroom and careers by driving placements, internships, and strategic industry collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assigned targets for placements, internships, and industry collaborations (Leadership talks, hackathons, webinars, etc.).
- Bridge internal and external stakeholders for optimal resource utilization within specific timelines.
- Build and sustain corporate relationships by nurturing existing clients and expanding the recruiter base.
- Manage and guide a team of professionals for their assigned Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Maintain and manage all relevant data for IQAC, NAAC, NIRF, and similar platforms.
- Represent the university in national and international forums under industry, academia interfaces.
Who Can Apply:
Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate relations and partnerships, including team management.
Proven experience in managing campus placements at a reputed university or ed-tech company.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, backed by advanced MS Office proficiency.
