Grid Controller of India Limited (GRID-INDIA) under the Ministry of Power has introduced a specialized internship program for engineering graduates, post-graduates, and research scholars.
Details of the Internship
- Vidyut Pragna – Power System Simulation Studies: 15
- Age Limit: Must be between 18 and 32 years.
- Stipend: Up to 50,000 per month.
Work Location: National Load Despatch Centre (NLDC) or one of the Regional Load Despatch Centres (RLDCs)
Focus Area: Load-flow, dynamic, and electro-magnetic transient modelling of the Indian power system
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a full-time, regular BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/B.Sc/IDD degree from a recognized university or board in Electrical, Electrical (Power), Electrical and Electronics, Power Systems Engineering, or Power Engineering (Electrical), with a minimum of 65% marks or an equivalent CGPA.
