Applications are invited from eligible candidates for ONE position of Research Associate 'A' or 'B' in the Marketing Management Area under Professor Sushant Kumar at the IIM Lucknow.

Eligibility Criteria and Job Specification

Educational qualifications:

• The candidate must possess a Ph.D preferably in Management or relevant field, demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise.
• Postgraduate degree / MBA or relevant field from a reputed/recognised institute or university (regular mode) with a minimum of 60% marks.

Desirable Requirements:

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in primary data collection & analysis. Proficiency in Excel, AMOS, R, NVIVO, and other data analysis software is preferred.
• At least one research publication in a peer-reviewed journal, national or international, reflecting the ability to conduct independent research.
• Preference shall be given to candidates who have demonstrated research experience in publishing high-quality research papers in reputed (ABDC A, ABS 3 and above) journals.
• A Ph.D. with a minimum of two years of post-PhD research experience is preferred.

Job Specification:

Assisting the faculty member in research, including but not limited to conducting literature reviews, conceptualizing, designing, writing, and conducting research projects, primary and secondary data collection and analysis, and writing academic reports and research papers.

Emoluments

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship in the range of Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 65,000/-, depending upon qualifications and relevant experience, plus HRA as per applicable norms. Remuneration will be offered within the specified range and will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

Mode of Selection
